Trying to explain things better
Practicing the STAR pattern to write about my experiences at work.
I have been focusing on my communication with people for the last couple of weeks. I was looking for a way to explain my experiences. I chatted with my local machine. It suggested that I follow the STAR pattern.
S - situation
T - task (what were you responsible for?)
A - action (what was your action?)
R - result (what happened and what did you learn?)
I have been trying to write about my experience at work using this pattern.
